I Canned!!...Or Jarred Or Whatever...
Josh got me a pressure and water bath canner for Christmas!! I am super excited about doing some canning. It would be more fun if I could grow my own produce but maybe later.
My first attempt was with salsa. Other then the fact that I didn't cut my peppers and onions quite small enough I am thrilled to announce that all 7 jars sealed!! Now that I have had this nice morale booster I can try something more fun! Like soup! Thrilling I know.

I canned salsa last year and it was so fun! I totally wanted my own set of canning stuff...then my motivation wore off...but it could come back! Oh, and I just read your nickname comment on my blog--hahaha!
I can only do water bath canning right now because I don't have a pressure canner. You'll have to tell me the diference and how you like them. I DO have a dehydrator! I'm so excited I can't decide what I want to make first!
