I'm Going

First off i would like to thank everyone who has left me supportive comments and such. It really helped me. that being said here is the situation. i have reached saturation point. well, i think i reached it about a week and a half ago. so i have decided to shut down a bit. i therefore am asking everyone to not try and ask me or talk to me about anything pertaining to my pregnancy. this includes the question "so how are you doing/feeling?" or "i am here if you want/need to talk." this may seem selfish, mean or self destructive but to be honest at this point i really don't care. since i have to make it through this i have decided to do it the only way i can at this point. total disconnection from my emotions and reality until i can't stand it anymore and then a private sob fest followed by another disconnect.
some mental health red flags might be going off for some of you. ignore the urges to "help me". i am well aware that this isn't the "healthiest" way to deal with this situation but this is how it is going to go down. if some of you think you are exempt from this and think you don't need to follow my request i will just say "THIS DOES MEAN YOU!" thanks.

A clear case for World of Warcraft. Best disconnect-enhancing stuff you can get (other than from a pharmacist or that guy on the corner). How about we open you a 10 day free account and you can come play with Terra and I this weekend?

It will be fun!

All your friends are doing it...

It will make you popular....

First one is free...

=)

Enough about you...let's talk about me then... I am tired of Stephanie Meyers- she is so erroneously hyped up that I think I may blow up a Barnes N Noble to make a point...BRING ME A WORTHY AUTHOR!!! Then I might go in as a suicide bomber to the lines of people who sit at 12am to get their hands on her next book..I'm trying to hold back my barf.

So I was going to email you but I'm not sure you'll check it, so I'll write here and hope for the best. Saturday I went to see Pride and Prejudice the MUSICAL!!! You may start laughing now because it was the funniest thing I've ever seen. Unfortunately it wasn't supposed to be funny. But I laughed my head off. Mr. Darcy SHOULD not sing and he sang this song with the words, "like a moth to the flame" and I was almost rolling in the aisles. I wish sooooo much you could have been there to laugh and cringe at the horrible costumes, songs, accents--you would've died--and the changes in the plot--for example, they changed it to have Lydia seduce Wickham rather than the other way around. It was horrible. I'm debating purchasing the CD just so that I can laugh again at the songs. Jane's hair looked like a beehive, Caroline Bingley and Kitty both wore tableclothes. Mrs. Bennett was pretty good as was Elizabeth but the rest--oh my. I'm sure it'll never leave Utah, I'm not sure they'll ever be able to do it again without a serious re-write. If I get the music, I'll send you some of the songs so that you can have a good chuckle.
And as to Liz's comment. I'm not sure there is going to be a next book. :)

So I just read comments on blogs randomly, and the comment above about Stephanie Meyers absolutely made my day. If one more person tells me I should read her books, I'm going to poke my own eye out. I'm sorry, there are about one thousand other books I'd rather read first. I think I'd rather read one of those lovely, grocery-store romance novels first. Just because!!!

I am so glad to read life is better that now you are just a miserable pregnant woman in the summer. Been there done that a.k.a. Dale & Dale. A new baby is close at hand & I am envious - I love a new baby crying & all.
Your literary post should maybe read the author before coming out with a review. I have read great boks, good books & down right awful books & were often wrong when I chose them. I liked Stephenie Meyers books as entertaining & hated Lord of the Flies & Harry Potter (liked the movies okay). So it is hard tojudge before you read the story.
